I build the plumbing that lets AI agents touch real systems
Giving a model an API is easy. Giving it one that moves money, and still being able to sleep, is not. I build the layer in between: tools an agent can call, limits it cannot argue with, and a record of everything it tried.
What I build
MCP servers
Your API as tools an agent can use, with the descriptions and schemas that decide whether a model uses them correctly. Published to the registry so clients can find it.
Exchange and trading integrations
Order signing, the order lifecycle, paper simulation that is honest about fills, and reconciling what the venue did while nobody was watching.
Guardrails for agents
Limits enforced outside the model, in a process it cannot reach, plus an append-only record of every attempt — including the refusals.
The evidence
Reins is mine, built in public. It is not a demo: it is installed with one command, it signs real orders on Hyperliquid, and every claim below can be checked from the repository.
| Shipped | On npm, PyPI and the official MCP registry. Listed and scored A on Glama. |
| Tested | 445 tests, no network needed. Twelve checks against a funded mainnet account for the parts tests cannot prove. |
| Three front doors | An MCP server for Claude, Claude Code and Cursor; an HTTP API for bots in any language; a Python client with no dependencies. |
| Honest about results | I let Claude trade on paper for five days and published what happened: it lost $21, of which $20 was fees. The losing runs are on the site, not buried. |
That last line is the part worth hiring for. Anyone can show you a demo that worked. The useful question is what someone does with the run that did not, and whether the numbers survive being checked.
How it works
Fixed price, fixed scope
We agree what "done" means before I start. A first useful thing in days, not a discovery phase.
You own everything
Your repository, your licence, your accounts. Tests and the reasoning behind decisions come with it.
I will tell you when not to
If a thing you want cannot work, or is a worse version of something free, that is the first thing I will say.
Start a conversation
Tell me what the agent needs to do and what you are afraid of it doing. That is usually enough for me to say whether it is a week or a month, and whether it is worth building at all.
Most of what I am asked for is agent and trading infrastructure, which is why this page says what it says. It is not the limit of what I take on. If you have something else that needs building properly and tested, send it anyway — the answer depends on the scope, not the category.
